Returns/Issues with Order:
Items are nonreturnable. No refunds or exchanges. If there’s an issue on my part such as a wrong fabric or size, please reach out so I can fix the issue.
Shipping:
All items will ship based on what the TAT was when the item was purchased. Any delays will be announced in the Facebook group
Items are typically shipped First Class Mail which includes tracking, but not insurance. Should you wish to add on shipping insurance please contact us before placing your order so we can calculate the cost and invoice you for the difference in shipping.
Tiny Tulips is not responsible for lost/stolen items once they are in USPS possession.
Combining orders:
We do our best to combine orders if we have all of the other items needed in stock to fulfill multiple orders.
